Every sendrules sign-up ships with the tools that other vendors gate behind a paid tier — email validation, spam scoring, and a DMARC record generator. No trial expiry on the read-only tools; run them as many times as you need.
Validate a single address, or 100 at a time.
Syntax, MX, disposable-domain and role-account checks run in-house in under a second. Optional Deep-SMTP verification adds a live mailbox probe — up to ~10s per recipient, but the closest thing you can get to “does this mailbox actually exist?” without sending. Batch mode accepts up to 100 addresses per run; export the results as CSV.

Paste any message body — sendrules returns the spam score, the specific rules it triggered, and (optionally) a plain-English AI explanation covering subject line, from-name reputation, ratio of images to text, and the typical failure modes it recognises. The base spam scorer is free on every plan; the AI explanation is metered per workspace so cold outreach teams don’t pay for what transactional teams don’t need.

Pick a domain, choose your enforcement stance (monitor, quarantine, or reject), and sendrules generates the exact DNS record you need — including our hosted reporting address so aggregate reports start flowing into your DMARC dashboard from the next send. Copy-to-clipboard for a one-off change, or delegate via CNAME so future policy changes don’t need another DNS edit.
