Google Postmaster, in the same view as your route logs.
Domain and IP reputation, spam rate, feedback loop and authentication — pulled from Google Postmaster Tools and displayed next to the sends they belong to.
Reputation dropped. Which campaign caused it?
Google Postmaster shows your domain moved from High to Medium at 2 p.m. on Tuesday. Your ESP dashboard shows a hundred campaigns that hour. Nothing connects the two: the reputation view lives at Google, the send log lives at your provider, and the map between them lives in your head.
sendrules ingests your Postmaster metrics and lays them over the same timeline as your Activity view — so the reputation drop lines up with the campaign that caused it, on one screen, without a second tab.
Connect once, per tenant.
The tenant admin runs a one-time authorisation granting sendrules read-only access to the Postmaster Tools domains they have verified with Google. Domains appear in the Deliverability view within minutes.
Six per-domain metrics, refreshed every hour.
- Domain reputation — High, Medium, Low, or Bad
- IP reputation, per IP used to send under the domain
- User-reported spam rate (raw and feedback-loop identified)
- Authentication pass rate — SPF, DKIM, DMARC
- Inbound encryption to Google
- Delivery errors, categorised
Hourly, backfilled daily.
Metrics are polled hourly on the current window and reconciled daily against Google’s canonical history. If Google republishes a metric, the change is reflected on the next hourly poll — you never see stale data underneath fresh sends.
