Every number below is what the app actually enforces the moment you hit it — sending volume, providers, ramps, DMARC domains, seats. Contact sales only when you need dedicated IPs, SSO, or custom residency.

For growing teams that need more.
The table above only lists what actually changes between tiers — the quotas your workspace hits and the features that unlock as you move up. Everything below ships on every plan.
Yes. sendrules is BYO-provider — you attach your SES, SendGrid, Postmark, Mailgun, SparkPost, Brevo, Resend, Mailjet, Zoho, Google Workspace, O365, or custom SMTP credentials. You keep their pricing, their IP warmth, and their sender reputation.
One recipient. A message to five addresses is five emails. Recipients caught by the Quality Gate before we hand them to a provider do not count against your monthly volume.
Same routing, same quality gate, same dashboards on every plan — only the ceilings differ. Move up when you hit one; contact sales for anything above.
The app shows an inline upgrade prompt where you tried the action — providers, rules, ramps, inboxes, parsers, DMARC domains, teams, roles, and workspaces all follow the same pattern. Nothing you already created is affected; only the next one is blocked until you upgrade or delete an existing item.
sendrules queues rather than drops. Your app keeps trying and messages are held until the next UTC-month rollover or until you upgrade to a plan with a higher cap. The dashboard warns at 80% used and again at 95%, so the ceiling never arrives as a surprise.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated on your next invoice. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period so nothing you've already created is affected mid-cycle. Monthly and annual can be switched at the same time.
Yes — that is the point. Attach any number of providers to a rule and pick a strategy (round-robin, weighted, priority, random, sticky sender, or MX-based ISP routing). Failover on temporary errors is automatic.
On Enterprise. Every other plan runs on your attached providers' IPs, which is usually what our customers want — no second reputation to warm.
